Ronda Weaver  LCSWA
Adolescents & Adults

Hi, I’m Ronda Weaver.

I graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Arts. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work. With over a decade of experience, I have supported individuals, adolescents, families, and caregivers through life’s challenges. My approach is rooted in compassion, active listening, and creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel truly heard and understood.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with diverse populations — from families navigating the child welfare system to employees seeking balance and emotional support, and caregivers managing the complex realities of elder care. I provide support for concerns such as anxiety, stress, maternal mental health, family dynamics, grief, or life transitions. I understand that every person’s journey is unique. My goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and encouragement, helping you build practical coping tools and creating a path forward that feels achievable.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering — a place where real conversations lead to meaningful change. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing, growth, or simply finding balance, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
