Raymond Pantaleo, LCMHCA
Adolescents & Adults

Hello, my name is Raymond Pantaleo.

I received my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Campbell University in 2024 and am a LCHMCA. Before becoming a counselor, I served 22 years in the United States Air Force and retired in 2021. My experience in the military taught me just how much trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief can affect a person’s everyday life.

At the core of my counseling philosophy is the belief that you, the client, are the true expert on your own life. Your experiences, thoughts, and feelings are the guiding forces in our therapeutic journey. In therapy, I empower you to uncover the sources of distress and help you find ways to heal as you move forward.

I deeply understand that starting therapy can be a daunting step, and I am committed to creating a safe and secure space for you. I believe in the power of a trusting relationship between therapist and client, and I am dedicated to bringing my authentic self to our sessions. If there’s one thing I’ve learned through my journey to becoming a counselor, it’s that I have a passion for working with clients struggling with grief and trauma. I am humbled to be trusted with their stories and honored to walk with them as they adapt to life after these overwhelming events.
