I work with adolescents (ages 10+) and adults in individual and/or family sessions.
I have over 15 years experience working in a variety of behavioral health settings to include being a Residential Counselor, Multi-Systemic Therapist, and Intensive Outpatient Group Therapist.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I utilize an eclectic style of psychotherapy that utilizes techniques from Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I strongly believe that you are the expert in your life and therapy is a tool to allow for greater understanding of self.
